Martinsdale leaves Raiders for Broncos

After being a top consideration as the new Oakland Raiders Head Coach, Don Martinsdale, former Raiders Linebacker Coach, has left Oakland to join the much hated Rival the Denver Broncos.  He will become the new Linebackers coach for the Donkeys.  Martinsdale decided to leave Oakland when he was ruled out of the consideration as Head Coach and he did not even want to keep his same position again.  Oakland now has one of the thinnest coaching staffs in the league.  It is a sad thing to say about the coaching staff and too see are team's staff deteriorate so fast.  Now the Raiders are considering Al Saunders as Offensive Coordinator which will force JaMarcus Russell to learn a whole new offense.  I do not know what Al Davis is doing but he needs to bring in some quality coaches and soon.
